G Poster
Back in May of this year I participated in the "Getting Upper" group show at the Pasadena Museum of California Art. 26 artists were each asked to design or illustrate a poster based on a letter of the alphabet. I chose the letter "G" of course. My buddy Nat Bloom in Oakland printed all the posters for the show. He's been silkscreening posters for me since I returned to the Bay Area in 2008. And for this poster in particular I was there in person in to show him exactly how I wanted the colors printed. We did it the old school way and I love how they turned out.
