Clowning Around

I’ve been MIA. Hope you’ve been good. I can’t even tell you all the shit I’ve been working on. The only thing I haven’t been doing is taking photos or blogging. Not sure why this clown works with these words, but it’s all a juggling act. Zing.

Thanks!

Sorry I haven't blogged in a while. I wanted to let the Black Friday info ride on the front page for a while. Thanks for all your orders! It's amazing to see all the product being shipped out.

It's been business as usual in my home studio. Drawing, drawing, drawing...

Smoking blunts with the homies...

And lurking in the rain in Golden Gate Park...

If you live in the Bay Area, mark December 16th on your calendar! Dougernaut and I are throwing a party at the Hemlock that night. Click here to check out the flier.

And Free Shipping

I still feel awful. I don't think we've had a Black Friday sale in our history that didn't fuck up all our shit. It's unacceptable. And I take full responsibility. Please know I am beyond thankful for all of you who stayed up until Midnight last Thursday, or woke up at some ungodly hour to hit the sale the second it went live. I am amazed with your relentlessness. Many of you sat in front of your computers or stared down at your iPhones hitting reload for hours until your order went through. But the saddest thing is, for hundreds and hundreds of you, it never happened.

Some people think that being an owner of a successful brand gives you the right to go out and party the night away carefree. It's rad being your own boss, no doubt. And when our site kept crashing due to so many orders coming through, I very well had something to celebrate. REBEL8 was making money, fast. But still I was not happy, at all. While you were trying to get on the site, I was trying to fix it. I never slept. I was sick to my stomach knowing I bummed so many of you out. Even writing this right now rehashes similar feelings.

See, to me, it's not about anything else other than making you happy. You're an integral part of this brand. Without you there is no REBEL8. While on paper I'm the President & CEO of REBEL8, Inc., but all that shit just really means it's my job to keep this bitch running. I can't quit. It's not in me. I refuse to lose. And if you're still down, we can't.

So I'm going to do what I feel is right. While the site is miraculously online somehow, I'm going to keep the 50% OFF Black Friday-Cyber Monday sale running until the end of Friday. But there is one more thing. I'm going to add free shipping. I can't cancel any pending orders that you placed over the weekend, last night, or a few minutes ago. However, spend at least $20 in the shop right now and you'll get free FedEx Ground shipping. International customers, you need at least $100 in your stash and you'll have a free shipping option as well.

Truly thankful. REBEL8 Forever, Forever REBEL8. Respect.

Store Is Broken

We are aware you cannot place an order in our online store. We are also aware this site spends more time offline than on. I want to shoot myself. I'm sorry. Doing my best to kinda get it back working.

On that same note, I'm having meetings with some really great designers to get a completely new website happening early next year. I picture a website ... that works. Imagine that! Thanks for sticking around for amateur hour. And you thought we were all grown up. Nope, just a bunch of offline kids.

Black Friday Sale

PLEASE READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY:

Our website will be in and out of service during our annual Black Friday Sale as the traffic we receive is expected to be in the thousands and thousands. Our techs will do their best to get the site back up and running with every crash. Please be patient, and if the site is down, try again in 60 minutes.

Please do not hit refresh or click submit on your order more than once. It will charge your card multiple times. If we do have actual duplicate orders from you in our system, we will cancel and refund all but one. You do not need to email us.

If you see multiple pending charges on your credit card, but your order did not go through and you did not receive an order number, you will not be charged. These are simply holds on the funds by your bank that will automatically be released once they finish processing (typically a few business days). Your bank may tell you it is up to us to release these funds, which is completely not true. We do not have your money and there are no funds to release. Give it a few days and these will automatically be removed from your credit card. If we do have actual duplicate orders from you in our system, we will cancel and refund all but one. You do not need to email us.

Everything we have in stock is up on the website. We do not have extras laying around the warehouse  or in a hidden box.

Items will  sell out FAST! Don't sleep on it. If you like it, grab it. We have no plans of making any more.

All orders will be shipped as is. We cannot add to, change, or remove items from your order or combine multiple orders. All sale items are final. No exchanges/refunds.  So please order carefully.

You will get a tracking number once your order ships. If you have not received a tracking number by Monday December 3, 2012, please feel free to contact us. ALL EMAILS BEFORE December 3, 2012 will be ignored.

No, you cannot get the sale price applied to an order you placed today or the day before or the day after the sale.

No, any discount code you have will not work during the sale, nor can it be applied thereafter. They will be active after the sale.

If you still have questions about your order, please make sure to include your order number in your email and holler at us AFTER December 3, 2012.

Once again, THANK YOU for your business and support.

Happy holidays!

My Head

My friend Brooke sent me these photos from my last tattoo session with Chris Conn.

It hurts but it's worth it.
