Some of you may have been viewing the live feed of The Big Takeover over the internet. This little iPhone taped to the wall was how it got there. Even had sound. Now that is technology!

Trav's kid Landon got his book signed by the Giant. The REBEL8 mesh cap he's wearing drops in a few months. It's called BLACKED OUT.
And then Landon returned the favor and gave Giant one of his originals.

Cypress Hill shut the event down! B-Real brought his own personal collection of REBEL8 to rock the show. Unbelievably stoked they came and showed support.
Oh yeah! And Tim Armstrong was there for the entire day kickin it. So fresh. Living legend. Thanks for the shitty photo Elliot!
Before I start blogging any photos from The Big Takeover party, I gotta little catching up to do. Flew down to Venice a few days before. First time I ever saw the canals here and I fell in love.
This is rad.
Did eat some authentic Hawaiin food. Pretty, pretty, pretty, tasty.
Then took a flight way up north to Point Arena for a friend's wedding.
Ate the shit outta this pig.

I'm currently chillin' in Los Feliz at my publisher's guest house. Life is good. I just bought some books at Soap Plant and Skylight, got my hair cut at Sweeney Todd's, grabbed some delicious fish tacos for lunch, smoked some sativa called J-1 (grown by MQ!) that I brought from SF, and now I'm getting my blog on.
It's days like these that make me think about moving down here. Hope to see the SoCal REBEL8 family at the Fast Life store on Saturday. Did you see that fucking CYPRESS HILL is gonna play?! Holy shit! I'm psyched!!
