I hooked up this 8x12' panel at the Kingbrown Magazine release party last week in Manhattan.
Sure was a rockin' party! Big up to all the homies that stopped by. The rest of my trip was pretty great. Saw lots of old friends and new art. Good times. Glad to be back in the San Francisco fog though. NY was HOT!!
Ever since I could remember, I hated saying goodbye. Not the actual word goodbye, but just the act of leaving. Here are few words and a few photos from my last day in Colombia.
I call this Cheetos beach.
I learned that eating soup in the hot weather is not a bad choice.
Had to order the fried Snapper one last time. With coconut rice and sweet plantain sides.
Mas Aguila.
More greys.
Stoked to see leaf cutter ants in action.
I followed them a good 100-feet to their lair.
Man, I'm gonna miss this.
Time to go back to life, back to reality.
Thank God for A/C.
Cartagena was amazing. Islas Del Rosario didn't disappoint. Much love to all of South America and everyone else around the world that follows me and REBEL8.
Decided to bounce from Cartagena. It's been fun, but I gotta keep it moving! Booked a trip to Islas Del Rosario which is about an hour off the coast of Cartagena. Got to the docks and saw this bad boy. Whoah.
Fandango.
A long, long way from Alcatraz.
As soon as I landed the little homie came out to kick it.
And once again, I'm the only one at an awesome resort.
Aguila. Otra vez y vez.
Red snapper fried whole. So tasty I wanna take a bite out my laptop.
The REBEL8 x Rancid lookbook is here! Click here to view in larger format or just scroll down to see it in its entirety. Photography by Dylan Bartolini-Volk. Shot in Long Beach, CA. Our friend Skinhead Rob, from the Transplants and now most notably Death March, modeled for us. Mandee Guns makes a small cameo as well in the shoot. This collab is a real dream come true for me. Stoked and honored to have worked alongside the living legends, Rancid. Still can't believe it happened! If you haven't copped the collab, don't wait. When it's gone, it's gone. Click here to spend that money and look better than the rest.
Chillin' in Cartagena, Colombia. I've yet to travel to Cuba, but I am told it shares a lot of similar qualities. I don't think I even need to comment individually. Just peep the photos.
Every time I stay in a new hotel room I always give myself a little tour. I am a creature of habit and I like to adjust as fast as possible to a different environment. Here are a some shots of my new digs for the next week. Spending a few days here.
