Tokyo

Let's start with the toilets. They rule! Bidet for the girls and shower for the men, low and high temp seat warmers, auto close and open, etc., etc., etc. This thing basically wipes your own ass.

The second thing to figure out in Japan is how to read past the broken Engrish. This is just saying keep your fucking door shut.

Literally every hundred yards there is a vending machine. Yes, you can buy a beer on the street from a machine and walk around drinking it. No biggie.

Tokyo has over 13 million residents. I like that this photo is blurry.

Saw some graffiti on Takeshita St.

I think Tokyo is the SF of Asia. With that said, I still didn't fuck with this spot.

Kicked it with Hikaru, the owner of Bounty Hunter. This was one of his jackets that really caught my eye. Black & orange!

Sugar-coated Penis Pops. I don't get it.

Just a few doors down from Bounty Hunter is Three Tides Tattoo. This is my Japan fam.

Down the way from Three Tides I went to this little gem of a shop.

There are so many reasons why I like this poster.

Some times toys can be awesome.

Ass and titties.

I'm a Vans guy, but these New Balances were bugged out. Not even out yet but Masa was already rockin' a pair. I should of photoed the ones he was wearing. Sorry sneaker freaks.

Cruised by the Mishka shop.

Loved the chandelier.

Nothing need to be ugly. True dat.

Had a late dinner. What would you order?

Well if you were a thinking person you would have started with this dish; eggs, onion, and sea mushroom.

Followed by pork ramen. The best I've ever had in my life, hands down. Damn, I forgot to photo the dumplings.

Last photo of the night. Huge thanks to Hiddy (owner of Secret Base) and Masa (owner of Three Tides Tattoo).

Wrenched

Finally saw the Wrenched mag with a little REBEL8 write-up and interview. Stoked to see Giant did the cover. I'm gonna through a free one of these in with every order until we run out. Preference to the orders with cut & sew. If you haven't visited our online store recently, now would be a great time to do so. Winter Holiday 2010 is in the building!

It's Been Awhile

Holy shit people, it's been way to long since the last time I logged on. A lot of things happened; the Giants won the World Series, people I love got beat up and arrested by the cops, and to make things worse, the Republicans won the house majority.

Halloween came and went.

Um, don't look at me like that Jason. Scary.

Watched Josh get zen wit it.

From there, I headed out to the Big Apple. Thank you for the kind words.

Obsessed over these boots.

Went to my super favorite, sneaky, underground, sake spot in the village. I was hoping I would see the most magical creature ever, and I did. aishiteru yo 愛してるよ.

I rolled out with these two. Cute.

From there I was off to LA for the R8 winter season photo shoot.

Bird whisperer. Gross, real gross.

The Crew.

Until next time.

Ciao for now.

LA was fun!

Just back from the photo shoot for our new collection.

Huge thanks to Cavan for hosting us. You rule, homie! After the shoot on Saturday I snuck away and painted the side of The Fixx Carlton near Heliotrope and Melrose, right behind Orange 20 bikes.

Stop by if you're in the hood. And eat at Pure Luck next door. Bomb vegan food. My favorite!

World Series Madness!!!

Holy shit! San Francisco was off the fuckin' chain last night! Hands down the craziest I've ever seen this City. People gettin' buck!

Joshy gettin' weird...

Pablo and Jason gettin' legal.

Move bitch! Get out tha way!

Drunk sloths.

Then shit got real weird when we partied with the most interesting man in the world. He smelled like scotch though. Not Dos Equis.

GO GIANTS!!!

SF Tattoo Convention

I want to start this blog with a big shout out to my home girl Miss Mary. I haven't seen her in quite a few years and she was just as shocked to see me. Paparazzi sneak attack! Love you girlie! Let's get dinner.

I spent a good majority of this past weekend at the Hyatt Regency for the SF Tattoo Convention. Big thanks to Strong in San Jose for the support! Do you see Giant below? He just doesn't draw on paper. He actually tattoos. Weird right?! A clothing company with a legitimate artist behind it. Shocker.

We sold some shit that is not available in our online shop.

Gold Hand AKA Greg Rojas was in the building.

I got a few tattoos but I rather show you Dougernaut's. This one ended up saying "America Rules!!"

And to my great disappointment...

Doug got the Tupac tattoo I always wanted. Looks good brotha!

Doug also got a crucial bunion though.

Giggles ran away for a few hours and came back with this.

And unfortunately, on Sunday all the power went out. Giant just finished drawing Diego's tattoo directly on his skin and got a couple lines of ink down before the power outage. What a bummer! Mike Davis and Ben Grillo came over to see what didn't happen.

This week is already the longest week ever and it's Tuesday. Keep pushing!

Giants

Well the SF Giants have been playing the baseball very good these days. I've been going to a few games.

I brought Colesy to one of them.

I actually have too many things to say about this photo. I'll let you come up with your own.

I do fear the beard.

This T-Shirt is amazing. Had to get in this photo.

And I didn't even make a mess.

See you at the World Series!
