Trying new foods. Although pleasant to the eye, this shit was disgusting.

After seeing Andrew Zimmern on Bizarre Foods barely able to get down this next course, I knew I had to try it! This is surströmming AKA rotten fish in a can.

The lid rises over the years due to the build-up of gasses during the fermentation process. Gnar!

But you know what. Before I get into it, Morfar loves surströmming and was incredibly happy for me to suggest eating it for dinner. So I'll end this blog with his happy face, and save my sour face for tomorrow.

It's so bizarre!
